Mmm! Lovely cake! The washi tape I am sure you will have fun with, Turkish Delight is a delicious treat, and the wire rack is fab! Glad you had a fun and fine day at the City Farm. My husband trained as a Blacksmith in the City Farm at Surrey Docks in London, a great place for families.

I am still deeply entrenched in Spring Cleaning - and sick again for the millionth time since December, ugh. I want to try the polenta cake, I keep wondering if my family would eat it - can you share your recipe?
