You must be wondering how I did in my driving test last Friday
and I'm very sad to say I have no happy news to share with you here.
I'm terribly disappointed but I have to keep going, learn from my
mistakes and try again soon. In the meantime I'm trying to make the
most of these warm summer days with my girls. We've been out and
about enjoying the lovely weather and we've also been making our own
fun at home. These are some of our many happy things last week:
Tuesday morning at Weston Park.
Weston Park and Weston Park Museum |
Learning, playing, exploring at the children's museum.
Fun at the city farm.
The best chicken coop/house we've ever seen. |
Sunday lunch at Nanny and GrandDad's. |
The girls helped pick these black and white currants from GrandDad's allotment. |
Yummy pasta dish with freshly picked courgettes, also from GrandDad's allotment. |
The girls playing in their wendy house.
I hope you've all had a lovely weekend and you're enjoying the
summer holidays. I'm hoping to be back soon with a crafty post.
Till then take care and have a great week. Back soon!
Lovely photos!! It looks like you have been very busy!! X
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry about your driving test. Here's to keeping positive and going for it next time. I love Weston Park museum (although it's been a looooong time since I've been there and has definitely had a major refit!) I think my girls would love it! Hope you have a great week :-)
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you didn't pass your driving test. Weston Park looks lovely in the sun and the museum looks fun. GrandDad has a very productive allotment!

I'm so sorry about your driving test! I hope you're not too disappointed. The Children's Museum looks wonderful! My five year old just asked if I could take him there, heehee. GrandDad's allotment is turning out some good stuff! Yum!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely day out with your girls! Sorry to hear about the driving test. I eventually passed mine after the third attempt...so don't give up! You will get there.

Sorry to hear your news, but all the best for next time. What a great day! Haven"t had white whitecurrants for many years; my Grandpa used to grow them. Lovely pics of the girls.
